• Photo policyFor the safety and discretion of all attendees, photography requires consent of ALL pictured, regardless of the nature of one’s inclusion in the photo. It is impossible to determine which parts of a person, their clothing, or their manner are distinguishable to others. As such, do not take photos of anyone without their explicit consent. (See details about our consent framework below.) If asked, the photographer must also disclose where the photograph is intended to be shared, if applicable. Without consent of those pictured, photos should be deleted from the regular and trash files before the end of the event.

• House rulesEvent & Space Rules While rules may vary from event to event and location to location, we recognize a few standard practices that we expect all guests/students/attendees and instructors to abide by. NO TOUCH -DO NOT TOUCH another person or their property without explicit consent. (See details about our consent framework) NIPS & BITS -For all genders, “nips and bits” must remain covered at all times. As a legal business entity, we cannot permit nudity of genitalia. Furthermore, as long as it is illegal for those with more breast mass to expose their nipples, we will hold those with less breast mass to the same standard. RESPECT THE SPACE -While B.O.I.N.K. does own one location, the organization does rent out other facilities in order to provide educational and experience-based opportunities outside of the Western Massachusetts region. Furthermore, B.O.I.N.K.’s home location is a safe, inclusive community space. As such, we ask that all guests be respectful of the space and leave it in the same condition which it was found, or better, in order to allow B.O.I.N.K. to continue to offer these opportunities.
