Overview
CLASS INFO:
Have you ever wondered what are the ingredients for having great sex? What impact do the stories we tell shape the sex we end up having?
Trying to optimize your sex life through technique alone is like upgrading your hardware while ignoring the software. Come discover how emotions, beliefs, attention, and connection shape your sexual experiences. Learn why your mind is your most powerful pleasure center, why fear and insecurity aren’t a bug but a feature, and how to stop debugging your sex life at the wrong layer of the stack.
This class has no prerequisites, participation in the discussion is optional and encouraged.
