Prepare your blend - either include in a muslin bag for a spiritual bath or grab a small utensile to scoop the scrub 2. Warm Water - let the warm water fill the tub or heat the shower 3. Steep (if applicable) - steep the muslin bag for 5-10 min in the bath, releasing more herbal essence 4. Set Your Intentions - breath deeply and say to yourself, “I honor and embrace my divine beauty and worth,” or use words to empower and affirm your self-love 5.
