MAUL 20th Anniversary Weekend

Everything sits in a two-block, walkable pocket. Snow Street is blocked off for Saturday’s street fair. Host hotel: Hotel Providence, 139 Mathewson Street, Providence, RI 02903 - Friday package pickup, Saturday anniversary dinner in the ballroom, Sunday no-host brunch in the hotel restaurant. Bar and contest nights: Providence Eagle, 124 Snow Street. After-hours: Eagle’s Nest, 257 Weybosset Street, a men’s spa/health club next to the Eagle, listed as open 24/7. 9:00 PM-close - Early welcome at the Providence Eagle.

3:00-6:00 PM - Hotel check-in and package pickup at Hotel Providence. 6:30-8:30 PM - MAUL & BLUF leather and uniform welcome reception and cigar social on the Hotel Providence outdoor patio: heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks, leather/uniform/fetish gear, all fetishes welcome, spotlight on Mr. Providence Eagle contestants. 9:30 PM - Mr. Providence Eagle social at the Eagle. 10:30 PM - introduction of the judges at the Eagle. Eagle’s Nest stays open for late night.

10:30-11:00 AM - Donuts and bagels with a cop at Shake & Speare Restaurant. 11:00 AM-12:00 PM - AMCC (Atlantic Motorcycle Coordinating Council) meeting at Shake & Speare. 1:45 PM - Uniform inspection at the Eagle outdoor pavilion (internal MAUL event). 2:00 PM - MAUL badging ceremony at the same pavilion. 2:00-5:00 PM - Leather and uniform street fair on Snow Street by the Eagle pavilion: DJ Tony Ruiz, cigar social, Eagle bar, leather swap, popup vendors. 3:00-5:00 PM - kink demonstrations at the Providence Eagle, including History of Kink. 5:00-7:00 PM - MAUL 20th Anniversary Dinner in the Hotel Providence ballroom (all fetishes welcome). 7:30 PM - Mr. Providence Eagle Contest at the Eagle outdoor pavilion.

9:00-11:00 AM - No-host brunch at the Hotel Providence restaurant.

Published run registration is $130 on the organizer Eventbrite. Eventbrite lists 18+, government photo ID, no refunds, paid parking, and doors at 3:00 PM Friday. Hotel Providence is the published host hotel. The official page does not post a public room-block code. Book the hotel directly (reservations 800-861-8990 / 401-861-8000) or ask the run inbox before assuming a discounted block.

Rhode Island T. F. Green (PVD) is about 15 minutes by car. Boston Logan (BOS) is about an hour. Downtown Providence is walkable; Eventbrite flags paid parking. Multiple restaurants sit inside a short walk of the hotel and Eagle.

MAUL is a social and fraternal association for gay adult men with a uniform fetish. The club sits under the AMCC umbrella, hosts gear socials at MAL and CLAW, and says the run weekend itself welcomes leather, uniform, and fetish gear - “all fetishes welcome” on the reception and dinner. Membership is petition-based and is not required to attend the public run events; the Saturday uniform inspection is members-only.
