Dark Odyssey Surrender 2026: Villains

Registration is open on darkodyssey.com/surrender/registration. A weekend pass covers classes, parties, and playspaces — not hotel or food. Current published weekend rates (per person):

• Early (through Sept 18) — $275 participating group / $285 standard (that window is closed)
• Tier 2 through Sept 28 — $290 / $300
• Tier 3 through Oct 8 — $305 / $315
• Tier 4 after Oct 8 — $320 / $330

Cancel or transfer by October 1, 2026 ($50 handling fee) via registrar@darkodyssey.com. Day passes are not on sale; they may open about two weeks out if space allows. No vendor-only marketplace pass this year.

National-chain, scene-friendly hotel near San Jose airport (SJC is “5 minutes”). They take 40,000+ sq ft of ballroom / playspace (registration copy also says 50,000 sq ft of ballroom and meeting space). Almost all of ~500 rooms, except airline/corporate holds — close to a takeover, not a legal exclusive. Host rate: $180/night + tax, two-night minimum. Book from the link in your registration confirmation. Hotel name and directions go to attendees in mid-October. First night is non-refundable after October 5, 2026. Overflow they name (not a negotiated block): Hyatt Place San Jose Airport, Hampton Inn and Suites San Jose Airport, Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Jose Airport. Parking $15/day.

80+ workshops, 30+ educators, BDSM / poly / sex / tantra / spirit classes, Sex-O-Rama, parties and open play until 2 a.m. (Sunday earlier for load-out), Halloween ball and costume contests, queer mixer, rituals, burlesque/drag. Omnisexual framing on the official page. Theme: villains. IONs (attendee-run mini-events) after you register. COVID 2026: bring your own rapid antigen kit, test negative at registration, mask until the result. Volunteers wanted.
