Attendee $259 (onsite $309 starting July 27, 2027). VIP $1,250, limited to 25, and must be reserved by July 27 with no onsite sales. Volunteer $59 for three shift points. Register at clawinfo.org.

King or double-double $205/night plus tax for two. King Deluxe $255. A third adult is +$25/night and a fourth is +$50. Maximum four people. Three-night minimum. Book through a CLAW account. One night plus tax is charged immediately and is nonrefundable. The reservation holder must be registered at least 60 days before the event or the room is canceled and the deposit is kept. The balance is charged 30 days out, and the stay is nonrefundable after that. Suites: hotels@clawinfo.org. A room does not include a CLAW package. Self-parking is $20/day at the Chestnut Street Garage. Valet is $35/day.

Regency Ballroom, about 16,000 square feet, 110+ booths. The schedule lists Friday noon-8pm, Saturday noon-8pm, and Sunday noon-6pm. Booths are $400 for an 8 by 8 foot space and include two weekend packages, a 6-foot table, chairs, power, and Wi-Fi. Apply at least 30 days before the event.

More than 100 sessions. The presenter page says standard applications are closed. Backup classes are considered only if space opens. Approved presenters get one complimentary educator package. CLAW does not cover presenter travel or lodging. Questions: education@clawinfo.org.

The Cigar Deck returns in the parking-lot tent. CLAW After Dark is planned as a nearby off-site dungeon, darkroom, and play space. The attendee package does not include meals. Add-ons include Staff Dinner $85, The 1950 Welcome Dinner $100, BLUF Dinner $105, International Leather Family Dinner $115, Drag Brunch $90, and Kinky Cabaret pre-show $55. Volunteer meal prices are $10 less.
