CURE 2026 has already happened. The calendar lists it as a KIC Events hotel takeover in northern Columbus, Ohio, January 9 to 11, 2026, ages 19 and up, with classes, vendors, and overnight play. An older version of this page told you the dates were still to be announced. That was wrong. Do not plan travel from this article.
What is still true
- The weekend of January 9 to 11, 2026, is in the past.
- No later CURE date is on the East Coast Kink Events calendar as of September 25, 2026.
- The organizer's site, linked from the CURE listing, is where a future date would be announced. A webpage here is not that announcement.
- A hotel weekend still needs an age check, a ticket from the organizer, and a stop that works. Those rules do not change because the event is over.

What the listing recorded
KIC Events LLC, also called Kinky In Columbus, is the organizer on the listing. The blurb describes classes, a vendor area, and play that ran overnight, inside a hotel takeover rather than a one-night dungeon. The age floor was 19. That is older than the 18 on some other conferences and younger than the 21 on Mid-Atlantic Leather. If a later CURE uses a different floor, the new listing wins. Memory of 2026 does not.
This page will not reconstruct the class grid, the hotel name, or the door price from a weekend that is over. Those details are how people book the wrong building a year later. If you need them for a receipt or a dispute, use the organizer and your own confirmation, not a recap.
If you wanted that kind of weekend
The same season, a year later, is a different set of contracts. They overlap. None of them is CURE, and none of them inherits CURE's hotel, price, or guest list.
