The Vulgarians — Dungeon & Educational Gatherings Vulgarians (vul-gar-i-ans, /vəlˈɡerēəns/): “An unrefined person, especially one with newly acquired power.” The Vulgarians welcome, encourage, and embrace the entirety of their community with no distinctions regarding race, religion, gender identity, expression, age, or any other discriminatory facet of someone’s existence. They are a private group who vet members through an annual registered sexual predator report and an annual Consent & Negotiation Class. Prospective members meet in person or via Zoom so the group can gauge fit—they emphasize that they do not discriminate, judge, or shame your kinks. Virtual Vetting Classes are offered for people who are out of town or cannot attend regular in-person classes. After requirements are met, members may attend events including play parties, camping, concerts, impact, protocol, and bondage; classes such as shibari, fire, wax, and blowgun darts; and workshops where you can learn or teach a new craft and more. They maintain a dedicated dungeon on the property with lots of room and privacy from vanilla folks. Community scale: 250+ members from Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Alabama, Georgia, Pensacola, and others who travel in for events.
