This is a 7-strand vinyl coated wire beater with an 8” copper handle. The bottom of the handle is rounded and smooth. The strands will not come out of the handle and will keeps its shape. The handles are copper, some patina will occur. This can be easily removed with a copper cleaner or a light sanding.
