South Plains Leatherfest 2027 runs March 18–21, 2027 in Dallas. The entire host hotel is private event space — badge checks 24 hours, no public lobby or bar for non-attendees. The hotel name is emailed after you register.
The 2027 education page lists 40+ presenters and 70+ workshops across M/s, leather, protocol, impact, needles, and community topics. Sunday keynote is Bri Burning. Nightly ballroom entertainment includes performances, drag, and leather. International Master/slave and International Person of Leather contests run in the ballroom.
On-site play parties, all-day and late-night hospitality parties, cruises, the South Plains Living Room, a bootblack lounge, and a barbershop next to the stands. Street-legal dress. A Wednesday welcome party at the hotel bar is open to the community without a ticket.
Vendor Main Street is a curated marketplace of community makers. Shops set their own hours. The 2027 vendor application is closed.
Weekend package $229. Day pass $110. All-inclusive VIP $475 (weekend plus four-meal package, reserved/priority ballroom seating, t-shirt, VIP gift, and event pin). Get Stuffed four-meal package $159, or buy meals individually ($50 Debauchery dinner Thursday, $45 luncheons Friday and Saturday, $45 Sunday keynote brunch). Online registration ends when sold out or March 1, 2027. Full refund less 15% before February 1, 2027; transfers until online registration closes. COVID-positive refund (less 15%) February 1–March 21 with proof.
Register first; the hotel link comes in your confirmation. Rooms $139/night with a Thursday–Saturday three-night minimum. One-night deposit, refundable until February 1, 2027. Two unnamed overflow hotels (0.3 and 0.5 miles) plus a shuttle if the host sells out. They have placed everyone on the waitlist for the last four years.
